Reviews and Ratings
We had a warm welcome at the resort, with helpful staff and fun activities for the kids, especially the hot springs. While the soaking pools were a delight and open 24/7, the concrete surroundings felt a bit too industrial and could use more greenery. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the atmosphere could be improved with more natural elements and a few updates.
Our stay at the Springs Resort was nothing short of magical, especially since we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special with thoughtful gestures like an upgraded room and complimentary treats. However, the resort was quite busy, and some facilities were not as accessible as we had hoped. Overall, the experience was highly enjoyable with a few minor hiccups.
While the hotel offers a perfect location and some enjoyable amenities, my experience was marred by some frustrating issues. The room keys were uncooperative, and I struggled to get any assistance when I called for help. However, the staff's friendliness and the overall vibe of the pools were standout features.
The hot springs at the hotel are truly lovely, providing a great way to unwind. However, the overall hotel experience left much to be desired with cleanliness issues, mediocre Wi-Fi service, and dated room decor. Given the high price point, it felt like the hotel didn’t offer value for money, especially with the added pet fee for our dog.
